Easy:  Diatonic with Stepwise Motion Only

Relatively Easy:  Diatonic with skips among the notes of the tonic triad only

Easy for the most part:  Diatonic with skips among the tonic triad including minor keys and bass clef.

Moderate:  Diatonic and leaping to the notes of the Tonic Triad only.

Moderately Difficult:  Diatonic with leaps to any note.

Difficult:  Chromatic with stepwise motion to notes derived from secondary dominants.

Very Difficult:  Chromatic with leaps to and from chromatic notes derived from secondary dominants.
